Charles Ruiters (born 1966) has over 30 years of professional experience within internationally operating organizations, in roles such as engineer, project manager, and as a leader. Then, he made a significant career change and became a co-owner of a successful training bureau specializing in personal development and professional coaching.

For more than 15 years, Charles has been training and coaching entrepreneurs, managers, and ‘young professionals’ in personal growth, authentic leadership, relationship management, and effective communication.

Charles creates a calm, safe, and open atmosphere for exploration and discovery. He has the ability to shift your issue to multiple perspectives. His warm presence and open, attentive questioning give you the space to gain insights, reconsider beliefs, and trust in yourself. With his infectious enthusiasm, pleasant energy, and zest for life, he touches everyone he encounters.

Since June 2022, Charles has been a certified coach at the Master Certified Coach (MCC) level by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Since 2017, he has been a registered mentor coach within the ICF. In 2021, he completed the Supervision Training for Coaches recognized by EMCC. Within NOBCO/EMCC, he has been recognized as a Senior Practitioner Coach since August 2022.
