Certified Professional Coach - Part 1 - ACC/Practitioner in English

The Certified Professional Coach part 1 training is a 9 day coaching course that is accredited by both ICF, Post-HBO and NOBCO / EMCC. The Internationale Coach federation (ICF) is the largest worldwide professional association for coaching. The European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) promotes the development of the coaching profession and is a quality mark for coaches within Europe. We are proud of the fact that we are the only supplier that can offer all these quality labels.

Nowadays, professional coaching is indispensable. It is a skill that can be learned step by step. With a lot of practice, sparring with other participants, reflection on own behavior and skills, practice hours, observations, mentoring hours, literature study and peer review.

Awareness and taking responsibility is what you literally experience and learn to convey to your coachees. This is an excellent course if you want to continue in coaching. You have to be prepared to work hard. The result is what you make of it.

Well-built training. Attention to content knowledge, but also practice. It was exciting to have a number of conversations that others were watching, and processing the conversations was work. But it gave me a lot of knowledge and skills. Trainers know what they are talking about.

Structured and thorough training in which Dirk and Ardie teach the basic skills of coaching in a professional and pleasant way. Hard work, but certainly worthwhile. Many opportunities to practice coaching conversations with other course members and with your own coachees. Moreover, certified training diploma under both ICF and EMCC. Highly recommended!

I can fully recommend this training. The teaching days are well put together in terms of alternation between theory and practice. The teachers are clearly very competent and rise above the material; they know how to get you to reflect properly. The homework outside the lessons is tough but well put together and provides many insights.

Excellent training. Exactly the depth and structure I was looking for. The subject matter is directly applicable and actually geared to practice. The alignment of theory followed by direct practice is particularly effective. The electronic learning environment is user-friendly, clear and pleasant. The only point for improvement is (prompt) feedback on questions posed via this system.

Words that come to mind: solid, practical; personal growth. It is hard work, but you do it together with trainers and fellow students. I will keep warm memories of CPC1. Thanks to everyone!

By experiencing together and working with real cases, my coaching insight has increased. The coaching experience that I had in guiding students has been given a more solid foundation by this training. The strong point is that I can still coach and guide in my own way.

Certified Professional Coach 1 Task Competence recommended by the Association for Coaching! Theory and practice is the right combination. You immediately take what you have learned into practice. Besides the professionalism and quality of the teachers and a dose of involvement and passion. Wow, which training institute has such commitment towards their students? Well, at the Association for Coaching. CPC1, you learn the skills for coaching, task competence. But you also learn to 'rediscover' yourself. This training has also made me a richer person. On to CPC2, job skills!

Fine training, practical approach, I had to bare my soul again and that's where I met myself again. This training created a deeper awareness again. The trainers are real practitioners and flexible in their approach so that daily practice can be addressed. Very committed people.

A very fun and very educational course. A lot of practice and therefore 'learning by doing'. You quickly experience personal growth, especially through the clear interaction with course members and the course leader. The study load is heavy, very heavy. And you find that out a little late.

Training not only theoretical but also practical. Supervisors of the Association for Coaching are involved and stand for quality. The group of fellow students not only offers a 'safe haven', but is also the friend who dares to tell you that you have dirty ears. The training has brought me a lot. I can heartily recommend this training to anyone who wants to be trained as a professional coach.
