Drs. Ardie Nooijen-Kuijpers | MCC | SP | ESIA

Coaching requires craftsmanship. It starts with the right intentions and ‘tools’. You, as a coach, are your most important instrument in relation to a coachee. I am eager to help you get to know yourself better and to assist others with their development wish.

My career began over 30 years ago as a practicing speech therapist and speech-language pathologist, with a passion for communication. My psychological change work originates from NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and RET (Rational Emotive Therapy). I have a coaching practice called ‘ORATO’ in Nuenen. What fascinates me is someone’s ‘inside’ in relation to their ‘outside’ and vice versa. Training as an Image Master was enriching in this context. My work as a Speaking Circle facilitator is fundamental to my coaching and supervision work, and together with European colleagues, I advocate for ‘Relational Presence’. 10 years on a Freudian couch, in psychoanalysis, followed by a process of writing a book about it, were invaluable to me and my work. So is my craftsmanship in Redecision Therapy, a specialization within Transactional Analysis (TA).
Together with other specialists, I develop and deliver learning trajectories focusing on identity and awareness. Other times, I am a chairman and engage in leadership in various collaborations. I combine my work with my private and social life, where my husband, daughter, and son are indispensable.

I enjoy helping people find clear answers to any question. Since 2004, I have been working as a professional coach for companies, municipalities, and healthcare organizations. Since 2018, I lead on behalf of the Association for Coaching, training people to become professional coaches or training participants of various (in-company) programs. Depth, warmth, coupled with pragmatism and always result-oriented, that characterizes me. I love ‘doing what is necessary’ as an entrepreneurial and involved person. At the ICF, I am internationally and nationally registered as the 10th Master Certified Coach (MCC). I am also registered as a Senior Practitioner Coach with NOBCO and as a recognized ESIA Supervisor, I am involved in the further professionalization of coaching as a profession. Supervision and mentoring bring me a lot of job satisfaction.

For me, ‘staying in motion’, both literally and figuratively, is important. My company motto is: ‘Stand still… to move forward!’. Professional coaching brings something beautiful into the world, and I am happy to contribute to that.

In short, I have a thing for ‘a conversation from person to person’. Do you too?
