Our approach is experience-oriented. Personal experiences are discussed and reflected upon in the form of case studies. The ratio of theory to practice in our programme is 25/75 percent. At home, you read, study and practise to your heart’s content. The group is trained on the basis of coaching principles such as awareness and insight, taking and sharing responsibility, equality and result orientation.

Participants are expected to systematically reflect on their learning experiences in a logbook. Participants are put into practice and have a minimum of 10 coaching conversations.

Part 1b is a more technical instrumental part with much attention to the power of questioning, the coach agreement and result-oriented coaching. Certification takes place through observations during the course and a portfolio with reflections on 10 practical conversations and 2 books. Upon successful completion, you will receive the Post-HBO Certified Professional Coach part 1 (Task Competence) diploma. With your diploma and sufficient practical hours, you will be recognised as a qualified coach on the ACC level by the International Coach Federation and on the Practitioner level by the NOBCO/EMCC. In short:

• You conduct coaching conversations in a professional manner.
• You coach on the basis of awareness and taking personal responsibility by the coachee.
• You coach result-oriented within the context of work and labour.
• You bring people into development.
• You meet the training requirements for accreditation by the International Coach Federation at ACC level and the Practitioner level of the NOBCO/EMCC. 
• You receive a Post-HBO diploma – Task Competent 
• After completing CPC-1, you can start part 2 of the Certified Professional Coach programme.
  
  

We focus on those people who (want to) work with professional coaching and are looking for a solid basis for the coaching conversations they will have.

Some life experience and work experience are desired. Furthermore: common sense, empathy, eagerness to learn and critical sense.

Please note: Currently, the Certified Professional Coach 1b course is only available In Company, not individually!

Pre-education:

• You have at least a higher professional education (HBO) level of thought and work.
• You have the opportunity to have coaching conversations with various clients in practice.
• You will discuss any obstacles that may stand in the way of a successful study.

Intake interview

After you register, you will be sent an intake form. An important point during the intake interview is the candidate’s (future) work situation and the assessment of whether the Professional Coaching competence groups are considered feasible. The intake interview is free of charge.
